WWII German Dress Bayonet With Scabbard Frog !

📜 Description

This is a great example of a WWII German parade dress bayonet. These bayonets were used for visual parade purposes by enlisted members in the German army. Whats really neat about this bayonet is that it still has the leather "frog" remaining. The frog is what held the bayonet and scabbard to the belt rig. The bayonet has an excellent blade and a great " Robt Klaas Solingen" maker mark! There is a little bit of plating missing from the end of the grip around the button as well as on the guard. The bayonet frog is marked on the back "Carl Hepting & Co stgt. Feuerbach 1941".
