This is a good honest example of a mid 1800s powder flask. These are often excavated in civil war sites but this one is non excavated. This powder flask is missing the attachment rings on the side but is otherwise in excellent condition. The mechanism on the top works as intended. This would be a nice addition to a civil war display!
