This is an excellent example of a WW2 US Military Summer Flight Helmet made by Slote & Klein. This helmet is in excellent condition and still retains its original A-N 6530 goggles with the desirable green tinted lenses. This helmet / cap also has the original microphone and earphones which is quite uncommon. This leather sweat band is present but shows signs of wear likely from being worn during flight so please see pictures for details.
This would be an excellent addition to anyone's WWII collection! The helmet has no rips or tears. The contract number on the tag reads N288s-26302.
