Memphis Military Antiques
Memphis Military AntiquesThis is an honest example of a WWII German M35 double decal (DD) army helmet!
We can tell it is and army helmet by the HEER army decal on the side of the helmet. On the other side you can see the remnants of the German national shield decal. This helmet still retains a decent bit of both decals and some original green paint. The helmet is missing the liner, liner band, and rivets to hold it in place so its only the shell.
The helmet was made by Sächsische Emaillier- and Stanzwerke A.G. as seen by the stamp "SE64" on the inside of the helmet rim. 64 denotes the size of the helmet.
The helmets lot number is 3592.
Although this helmet isn't perfect, its a good honest unaltered example of a DD M35!
