WWII Germans Kreigsmarine Flag

This is an excellent example of an authentic German Kreigsmarine flag! These flags are the navy design but they saw widespread usage throughout the German Army and Third Reich. This particular flag measures at 50" long and 29" wide. The flag dimensions are marked on the heading as 80x135 (cm). The flag has the N.V.P.F. v Vlissingen & Co's Katoenfabr. Helmond (Holland) maker mark on the header as well. The flag has a couple of moth bite spots and one hole in the corner of the flag, so please look at the pictures carefully! This flag shows minimal fading and staining. This size flag would be great for many displays!
The story on the flag was that it was captured off of a German U-Boat but this was just a verbal story.
